This hotel goes above and beyond in terms of hospitality. The owner, Mis Van, is incredibly warm and welcoming. She answered all of my questions, even through a lot of back and forth emailing. The hotel arranged an airport pick-up for us, which was a great convenience. They even took us through a building site to beat the traffic queues. The staff also let us keep our room until 2pm, instead of the usual 11am check-out time, so that we could visit Angkor Wat and Ha Long Bay on consecutive days. The bed was incredibly hard, but surprisingly comfortable. The location is great, with a food stall next door and souvenir shops and minimarts within walking distance.
Felt safe walking at night, no reason to complain.
